Look no further for Sunshine Coast luxury accommodation. Apartment 16 is located on level 3 at Costa Nova and is the largest of our pentouse apartments on the Sunshine Coast.
Boasting a floorplan of 290 sqm, the apartment has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spectacular deck spoiling our visitors with sweeping views down the coast as far away as Mooloolaba on a fine day and north to the National Park. The deck is furnished with an outdoor dining table, sunloungers, a large spa and BBQ so guests can make the most of their downtime in this alfresco space. The main living area as well as both bedrooms have ocean views.
Our penthouse apartments on the Sunshine Coast are self-catering, and apartment 16 has a huge, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen has a large fridge, over, gas cook-top, dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine.
Access for elderly may be difficult as there is only stair access into the apartment. There is a no function/party policy.
