Yes.  Costa Nova apartments are located opposite Sunshine Beach with no building in front of us, so all apartments enjoy uninterrupted ocean views from lounge/dining areas, kitchens and main bedrooms.  Some second bedrooms also enjoy ocean views.

Apartments have either direct lift access or 1 level of stairs (except Penthouse 16 – 3 levels stairs). Some apartments are accessed via our mid level rear board walk. Two apartments have direct access to the car park allowing the easiest of entrance.

The internal lay-out of each apartment is unique, they are not simple duplicates of each other.  Some have extraordinarily large balconies, some have sitting areas in addition to the normal living spaces and two are town-house style over two levels.  All apartments have balconies with ocean views.

All apartments and balconies are strictly non-smoking.  We do, however, have a Dedicated Outdoor Smoking Area.

Yes , our pool is gas heated, which means that the pool temperature can be maintained at a comfortable 28C even on the coldest days, and our spa is heated to 37 degrees and usable all year round.

Less than 50 metres from the rear of Costa Nova Apartments is the Sunshine Beach Village/Duke St shopping area. Here you will find cafes, al fresco dining, bars, a convenience store, hairdressers, bottles shops, boutique shops, massage therapists and even a local coffee roaster.

No, plenty of our guests arrive without a vehicle and do not bother to get one during their stay. Some of Noosa’s best restaurants are literally on your doorstep, and the village shops can supply all of your holiday needs. There is a regular bus service between Sunshine Beach and Noosa Junction/Hastings Street (free on weekends). The bus stop is just to the rear of Costa Nova. There is also an extremely efficient taxi service.

Costa Nova Apartments front Sunshine Beach which is patrolled 365 days a year with the flagged area usually directly opposite.  The famous Sunshine Beach Surf Club is literally across the road with it’s restaurant and bar open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, plus a great breakfast at weekends.

Yes, Sunshine Beach adjoins Noosa National Park with five varied tracks into the park. The main entrance is at the northern end of Sunshine Beach approximately 500m along the beach from Costa Nova. The shortest walk to Noosa Beach is approximately 3.5kms through the centre of the park with the coastal walk approximately 6 kms.

We are only 3 minutes drive from Noosa Junction and another couple of minutes to Hastings Street and Noosa Heads Beach.

We are located 30mins drive from the airport. Hire cars can be arranged from the airport, or alternatively we can organise for you to catch a shuttle bus right to our doorstep.

They are located 23km from us. The Markets attract a huge crowd twice a week (Wednesday & Saturday), stall holders selling their wares under the shade of massive ancient fig trees.

Australia Zoo is a great day out for all the family, located an hours drive from Sunshine Beach. Alternatively, you can catch a free courtesy coach to the zoo from Noosa Heads bus stop which is approximately five minutes away.

We have many fine golf courses in our area, the closest being Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort. Others nearby are Noosa Valley Golf Club, Noosa Hills Par 3, Peregian Golf Club, Cooroy Gold Club and Coolum Resort Golf Course.
