TARIFFS are subject to change without notice. A BOOKING IS CONFIRMED ONCE WE ACKNOWLEDGE AND PRODUCE OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO YOU - also a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit equal to one third of total rental, the tariff quoted will apply. The minimum stay//booking is 2 nights (3 for Penthouses) Longer minimum stays apply during holiday periods .Bookings are accepted up to 12 months in advance.
DEPOSIT and Final PAYMENT (Balance) Payable ***.
A Deposit equal to one third of the total rental is required to confirm a booking OF 3 NIGHTS OR LONGER (to a maximum of $1000)
A deposit of one night is taken/required for a 2 night short booking.
The Guest specifically authorizes and agrees to the payment of THE BALANCE payable:
HIGH & SHOULDER Season:
*** BALANCE Payable a least 30 days prior to arrival. (Low Season payable on arrival)
Payment from the guest’s credit card authorized without the necessity of a signed authorization for same.
On arrival, a security deposit (or Pre-authorisation) may also be required.
LOW SEASON :
***Balance of Payment for the accommodation is required ON ARRIVAL. Check-in 2.00pm ( checkout 10.00am.)
NOTE : COVID19 LOCKDOWN CANCELLATIONS
We are very flexible - cancellations will be assessed at the time. A WEEKS notice would be nice if possible,
- BUT if a LOCKdown is activated at the last minute (on you or us) that prohibits travel - refunds as follows:
With Direct Deposits a $25.00 admin fee. - per booking.
Credit card deposits/refunds will incur additional fees.
With NO LOCKDOWN - very last minute cancellations - refunds will only be provided if the apartment is relet for the booked period.(less our admin fee)
An administration/transaction charge of $75.00 will be charged on cancellation (against deposit refunds).
The balance of any deposit or payments held will be refunded except where a booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to occupancy.
In these circumstances refunds as follows :
NO REFUND will apply if the apartment CANNOT be relet for the ENTIRE period (at the same rate) of the cancelled booking.
Sorry - There is NO REFUND for early departures.
- Again Very Sorry - but For the comfort of all our guests we have a NO PARTY / NO FUNCTION Policy within all our very large Apartments & Penthouses
- WE are a NO Smoking Building - Apartments & ALL Balconies.
- We do have a DOSA (Designated Outdoor Smoking Area) provided - table /chairs situated at the southern end of the building.
- The number of people staying must be declared on arrival. An additional charge of $30.00 per person/per night if occupancy is above the maximum allowable for the Apartment type.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS sharing accommodation may be charged for the use of a day bed and extra linen. Tariffs are for up to four (or 6) people per Apartment or Penthouse.
Cots/Linen, High chairs, Strollers/Joggers can be hired for a small fee.
PETS Sorry - no pets are allowed on the premises.
For the comfort of all our guests we have a NO PARTY / NO FUNCTION Policy within all our very large Apartments & Penthouses.
CLEANING & LINEN:
For bookings of 8-13 days, LINEN will be changed (complimentary) midway during your stay. For longer bookings = a weekly service (Clean+Linen )
Additional Apartment servicing can be provided.
All apartments can be serviced (linen change and clean) daily at an additional charge.
Thank you for your hospitality! We very much enjoyed our stay – the beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have experienced and I slept wonderfully! I was surprised how spacious the 2 Bedroom apartments are, plenty of room for the whole family! Lovely and clean and a fantastic location. We managed to get our 4WD with roof racks into the car park also which is a bonus.
Thanks again – I am sure we will be back to one of Australia’s best beach locations!! And we spotted the whales and dolphins off shore before we left Sunday morning too! Wow!
